Sale/Specials/Promotions
Our Standard turnaround time on all online purchases is 7 – 21 working days which also applies to items bought in specials, sales and promotions. Items can be returned for exchange within 7 working days from the date when the items were dispatched in the same condition. Item exchanges and alterations may be permitted and in some cases a handling fee may be charged.
NB: FESTIVE SALE TURN AROUND TIME IS 14 TO 25 WORKING DAYS (WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEK ENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)
No Refunds on items marked ” Sale/Specials/Promotions”
No refunds if purchased items have been damaged in any way.
